CARE Connector brings those answers into the search alongside care needs, location, and budget. We also ask how family members want to be informed and involved, without losing the person's own voice.
We use what we learn to ask more specific questions of communities and discuss expectations before a move. With permission, a written summary gives the receiving team a useful starting point, so the things that help someone feel known do not have to be discovered all over again.

Our founders, Scott and Marlena Hemenway, successfully built and operated three Visiting Angels home care locations in Minnesota. They continue to own and operate The Geneva Suites, their residential assisted living business.
